Additional aerobic programs
Starting with September, we are introducing even more aerobic training programs in our studio. These programs are called Core bar. Core bar classes will take place from Monday to Thursday afternoon and on Fridays in the morning.
Core bar is a functional and very perfective way of movement. Its purpose is to increase the strength, mobility, stability, control, and symmetry of our bodies. It combines Pilates, aerobics and yoga principles and also some of more classic exercises elements altogether. This exercise works in a way, that firstly heats the body, but the biggest effects and concrete results are made through minimal movement of the body. This exercise is most effective for tightening our belly, arms, back muscles, leg muscles, and buttocks. It also increases our body endurance. Strengthening of the muscles is always followed by a dynamic stretch of the muscles. That way, not only we manage to work on bigger muscle tone, but we also work on increasing mobility of our muscles, which results in our bodies being stronger and more relaxed.

These classes are suitable for every generation, as long as you don’t have any problems with acute back pain or pain in other joints. Each individual exercise is universal and very specific. The goal of these exercises is to work on every weak point in our bodies and to improve it. Because it is a very aerobic exercise, it is not suitable for pregnant women, for women who recently gave birth and have problems with diastase or symphysis pain. We also don’t recommend it to people with heart problems. Besides having a nice time with good music, Core bar pilates really works on making your bodies stronger, more flexible and vital.
