GROUP PROGRAMMS

FIRST COMPLIMENTARY VISIT

If you have never been to our studio and have not tried our programmes, you can try any workout for free, without obligations. We kindly ask you to book your visit in advance by contacting our reception via phone, e-mail, or in person. The first complimentary visit does not apply to Physiotherapy students and other students, who wish to observe classes. However, if the student decides to start a Pilates programme, he or she is entitled to a complimentary visit. All passes, visits, and massages must be prepaid (at the studio and at locations). Back payment and the use of previously expired sessions is not possible.

GROUP PROGRAMMES IN THE STUDIO

FIRST RESERVATION AND ORIENTATION SESSION

Contact our reception to book a private orientation session (STOTT PILATES® or GYROTONIC®). Please state your personal information and your contact number. Before the session begins, you fill out a questionnaire, settle the annual membership and orientation session fee, and receive a gift. After the orientation, consult with your instructor and book your next session (specific date and time). Reservations are necessary to guarantee your space in classes. Due to small class sizes, we strongly recommend making a prior reservation. You can decide to have one or three orientation sessions.

MONTHLY, THREE-MONTH, AND SIX-MONTH PASS VALIDITY

Monthly packages expire 30 days from the date of purchase. Three-month packages expire 90 days from the date of purchase. Six-month packages expire 180 days from the date of purchase.

UNUSED GROUP SESSIONS

We can roll over unused sessions from your monthly pass on any available group (contact the reception to book) class in the studio or at different locations, providing the substitute class takes place in the same month. Any unused remaining sessions of monthly packages will not rollover into the next month. Passes can only be extended up to four weeks from their expiration date if you have a valid medical reason accompanied by medical documentation.

PASS TRANSFER AND REFUNDS

Class passes apply to individuals and cannot be shared. Cash refunds are not possible.

SANITISING PRACTICE

All of the equipment and accessories in the studio are meant for common use and are subject to rental at the time of the session. We do ask that all clients handle the equipment with care and wipe down their mats, equipment, and Pilates props after class. Non-toxic cleaning solutions and wipes are provided.

GROUP CLASSES AT LOCATIONS

FIRST BOOKING

The first group session is complimentary. Orientation sessions are only possible at the studio and are required prior to beginning any group class. After the orientation, the client selects a class location, settles the annual membership and pass fee, receives a gift and books the next session(s), specifying the exact date and time of the class(es). If the client does not wish to continue with classes, they pay for the orientation session and the first class. In this case, the annual membership fee does not apply and the client is not entitled to a gift.

LOCATION PASS TRANSFER TO STUDIO

Clients can transfer from any location to the studio, providing they pay the transfer fee and notify the reception in advance. Rescheduling is possible only with prior booking (different classes come in different packages). Clients cannot use their location visits in the studio without paying the transfer fee. In case you wish to transfer a visit from any location to the studio, you are required to book in advance and pay the fee of 4 EUR.

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

FIRST BOOKING

After the orientation session and consultation with your instructor, you can book the next private session. You can choose your instructor, or, in the case of unavailability, we suggest another instructor. Prior to the first private session, the client settles the annual membership, receives a gift, selects the appropriate session package and books the appointments according to the availability of our schedule. In case of a gift certificate, the client selects a complimentary private session. Please, bring the certificate to the session and present it at the reception afterwards.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations of scheduled sessions must be made at least twenty-four hours ahead of the scheduled session. Late cancellations will be charged full session price or counted against your package. We appreciate your notice and will be happy to schedule a new session.

VALIDITY

Individual passes are valid for at least three months from the date of purchase. Sessions cannot be used once the pass expires. Passes can only be extended up to six weeks from their expiration date if you have a valid medical reason accompanied by medical documentation.

MANUAL TREATMENTS

To book a massage, deep tissue release and other manual treatments, we recommend you contact us at least two days before the appointment. We require your personal information and your contact number if we need to reach you. In case of changes or cancellation, please inform the reception at least twenty-four hours before your scheduled session. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the original service scheduled on your next visit. If you’re running late, please call ahead to let us know. You will be given as much of your scheduled time as the therapist’s schedule can permit, but treatment time will be shortened. Late comers will be charged 100% of the original service. We appreciate your notice and will be happy to schedule a new session.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Please place your cell phones on silent or vibrate mode before entering the studio. Use of cell phones is not desired during class.

Use of footwear in the studio is not allowed, shoes are stored in the dressing room area. No food or drink other than tightly capped bottle water is permitted in the studio. In consideration of those clients who have allergies, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, and hair sprays. Please, refrain from wearing jewellery to avoid any unnecessary damage to the equipment or accessories. Smoking is prohibited inside the studio. Pets are not allowed and should wait outside, by the entrance to the complex.
